The Willhaven backpack - nomad is a backpack in Fallout: New California.
Characteristics[]
The backpack is visually identical to the basic backpack, but grants +10 Barter skill and +75 carry weight, the most out of any backpack.
It is the only backpack that does not incur penalties to the Star Player's AP and Agility, making it an excellent addition to any player's loadout.

- In the Super Duper Mart at Mission Mall, leaning against one of the freezer boxes.
- On one of the beds in Athens High School, behind a Very Hard locked door.
- Behind the counter at the old hardware store.
