John "Diesel" Anderson is a young Vault 18 resident who plays on Coach Bragg's Vault Patriots Vault-Ball team. He is a possible temporary companion during the quests Save The Vault and Hell to Pay.

If Anderson becomes an ally with the player, he will follow them and be killed in the blast that ensues in the corridor before reaching Ben Kurtz.
