These are the available endings in Fallout: New California that are influenced by the choices the player character makes during the course of the game.

Faction endings[]

Ending Description
Enclave This ending can only be achieved if the player had been loyal to Colonel Bragg throughout the entire playthrough, completing the Enclave questline through Red White and Blood.
NCR These endings are achieved if the player had been loyal to General Silverman throughout the third act, ultimately completing Destroy Fort Daggerpoint for the New California Republic.
Raiders These endings are achieved if the player helped Juan Maxson-Elsdragon throughout the playthrough, ultimately completing Destroy Fort Daggerpoint for the Raider Alliance.
The Mob These endings can only be achieved if the player helped Senator DuVille assassinate Silverman during Counterstrike.
The Shi These endings can only be achieved if the player helped Kieva Nanjima take over the Raider Alliance through The Revanchist.
Mutants This ending can only be achieved if the player decided to help the Unity during The Master's Revenge. This is one of the two endings that do not act as a follow-up for Fallout: New Vegas, thus creating a story that does not act as a prequel.
Empty Earth This ending can only only be achieved by killing all faction leaders: Silverman, DuVille, Elsdragon, The Father, and John and Chevy Bragg through the quest Wild Card. This is one of the two endings that do not act as a follow-up for Fallout: New Vegas, thus creating a story that does not act as a prequel.
