Dr. Kyoto's goggles are a unique eyewear in Fallout: New California.

These goggles were used by Miyaki Kyoto before her death. It provides no Damage Threshold, but does provide a +3 Science and +1 Perception bonus. Its effects render it especially useful for any player needing a few extra points of Science during the Prequel sequence.
Location[]
Found inside Dr. Kyoto's quarters in the Vault 18 Atrium, at the foot of the bed. The room can be accessed using one of the bobby pins found in the Upper Level. It's accessable that way during Prequel only.
